1.1. This User Agreement ( hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the relationship between the Additional liability company "NPP TECHNIKON", UNP 190361606
(hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), which is the owner of the site https://aquatoria.technikon.by, and any person visiting
(using) the site https://aquatoria.technikon.by, hereinafter referred to as the "User".
1.2. The Agreement enters into force from the moment the User expresses consent to its terms in the manner prescribed by clause 1.3. Agreements.
1.3. Starting to use the site https://aquatoria.technikon.by the User is considered to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in
full, without any reservations or exceptions. If the User disagrees with any of the provisions of the Agreement, the User is not entitled to use the site https://aquatoria.technikon.by.
1.4. The Agreement can be changed by the Company unilaterally without notice, the new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Internet https://aquatoria.technikon.by, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. 1.5. The User agrees with the new edition of the Agreement if he continues to use it after the Company has posted the new edition of the Agreement on the Internet at https://aquatoria.technikon.by. If the Company made any changes to the Agreement with which the User does not agree, he is obliged to
stop using the site https://aquatoria.technikon.by. The User is obliged to independently monitor the availability of a new version
of the Agreement, he bears the risk of the consequences of failure to fulfill this obligation.
1.6. The law of the Republic of Belarus shall apply to the Agreement and the relationship between the User and the Company arising in connection with the application of the
Agreement.

following information:

2.4. The User undertakes not to post (and in case of placement - to independently bear responsibility in full) on the website https://aquatoria.technikon.by full name, phone number, e-mail addresses and other personal information of other Users or any third
parties without their personal consent to such actions. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the personal data provided in the process of using the

2.7.1. The Company stores the personal data of Users in accordance with the internal regulations of specific services and applicable laws.
2.7.2. With regard to the User's personal data, its confidentiality is preserved, except for cases of voluntary provision by the User of information about himself for general
access to an unlimited number of persons.
2.7.3. The Company has the right to transfer the User's personal data to third parties in the following cases:
- the User has consented to such actions;
- the transfer is necessary for the User to use the site https://aquatoria.technikon.by or to fulfill a specific agreement or
contract with the User;
- the transfer is provided for by Belarusian or other applicable legislation within the framework of the procedure established by the legislation.
2.8. Changing and deleting personal data:

User.

3.2. The User is solely responsible to third parties for his actions related to the use of the site https://aquatoria.technikon.by,
including if such actions lead to a violation of the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, as well as for compliance with applicable law when using site https://aquatoria.technikon.by.

weapons;
3.3.2. violate the rights of third parties, including minors, to harm them in any form;
3.3.3. impersonate another person or representative of an organization and / or community in the absence of legal grounds for this, including for employees of the Company, for
the owner of the site, as well as use any other forms and methods of illegal representation of other persons on the network;
3.4. The User undertakes not to violate the norms of the current legislation, including the norms of international law, and to take all possible measures to prevent violations
of the restrictions and prohibitions provided for by the Agreement.
4.1. All objects available through the site https://aquatoria.technikon.by, including design elements, text, graphics,
illustrations, videos, computer programs, databases and other objects (hereinafter referred to as the "Site content"), as well as any content posted on the site https://aquatoria.technikon.by, являясь объектами исключительного права Общества, либо иных лиц, используются Обществом на законных
основаниях.
